SHIPPING

Standard shipping (UPS or USPS) depending on location (2-4 business days). Orders received after 2 pm (Eastern Standard) will be shipped out the next business day. All orders received on Friday after 8 p.m. and the weekends (Saturday / Sunday) will be shipped the next business day (Monday).

A tracking number of your order will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout. It’s best to contact the courier with the tracking number you received to get an accurate update of your package!

RETURN POLICY

Unopened/Unused items are eligible for a full refund. Original Packaging and material should be intact.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returned packages and for products not arriving in a timely manner.

To return your product, please email us at info@sachaoilhaitiusa.com  with a quick description and the reason why you want to return the item. Once received, an email will be sent out with the next step.​
